I was forced to throw in the towel at 03:45Z here when severe RFI developed from
a Jersey Central Power & Light pole about 2 miles from my QTH.I have been
struggling to get this problem resolved with JCP&L for 2 years now without any
relief.Problem occurs whenever the outside temperature drops below 20
deg.Farenheit.I cannot imagine what we will be in for in JCP&L begins deployment
of BPL.It will surely be the end of HF Amateur radio in Northern New Jersey.
