Comments:
Well this SS was like none other for me. I decided to try SO2R for the first
time and found out that using two different brands of radios is not the way to
do it. I kept reaching for the wrong knob and it was hard to get into sync,
talk about things getting away from me. I believe now that the SS with the long
exchange was the wrong contest to try this out on, should have tried it in CQWW
SSB first for some experience or tried it out only on Sunday when things were
slow. Talk about "the monkies getting out of their cages" That couple with it
snowing most of Sunday morning and putting up with snow static and the solar
flare made for only 22 hours of operating. However, on the bright side, had a
sweep and that is always neat. Nice to run into old friends and thanks for all
the Q's see you in 2 weeks.
