Comments:
>From the "Lilly Pad" it appears a much better turn out this yr, this the 2nd yr
of the modern era OKQP. While higher band condx were abismal at least there was
no rain to contend with. Much more OK participation this yr. Can only hope the
contest continues to grow in popularity, and that next yr will be even better.
