Had only a few hours to operate and found myself in great demand as no other P4
stations were on the Saturday ( it's CARNIVAL time in Aruba - the biggest
happening of the year! )
Using low power and a vertical antenna, plus a hand-held mike limits one's
ability to type fast - but the 10-minute QSO rate peaked at 404 - never done tha
before!
Sorry could not accomodate many requests to QSY to the low bands for a
multiplier - had to diassemble the station and prepare for the trip home.
