Comments:
Started with great intentions and enthusiasm... despite the poor band
conditions...Saturday - midday, the computer keyboard quit working properly and
after fooling with it far too long, went over to daughter's house and stole
hers...ok - back on about the time that aurora must have hit. EU's could not
copy us that well - lots of 'filling' to be done...
Had best JA group on 40 meters first night, bands settled out better on Sunday
and worked EUs on 10 & 15...but the last four hours were a bit of a drag...call
CQ and work a new one every few minutes...look around the band and only stations
heard you had already worked...
EU opening on 40 was best I had heard on my wire...and was fun while it
lasted.
