Comments:

Far and away my best effort so far. The new TX vertical seems to work well.
Condx Fri night/Sat morning great. Condx Sat night seemed poor by comparison.
Didn't hear much out of the east coast this year. Only one QSO from North Long
Island, and he called me after a CQ. Think I pumped the well dry Friday night.
Saturday night, I couldn't find very many stations that I hadn't already worked.
Finally crashed at 11PM when I found myself falling asleep while the CQ robot
did its thing. Guess 3 hours sleep Saturday morning wasn't enough :-)
One comment. There are some stations out there with ferocious key clicks. My
feeling is that if someone is going to run serious power, it should be seriously
clean. There are other, very strong signals with little or not clix. I could
work within 1-2 kHz of them with no problems. The K2 receiver didn't even
whimper.
Finally worked my first real DX station, ZF2NT. I don't count HI and AK as DX
for this contest, as they are sections.
As always, I had a great time. I really enjoy contesting on this band.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to all.
