Comments:
Being in the inner-city with houses close together, ran low power only to keep
the neighbours happy! Rick VE3VFT dropped by for the 1:30 am to 4:30 am (EST)
shift on 80 meters which put us in the "multi-single" category!
Took a bit of a break to catch a little bit of the "dx" that was coming in on
six meters Saturday morning (used my personal callsign for these ones
hi!)...and got a little "cat nap" as was suffering lack of sleep (hi)...so
missed a little bit of key contesting time.
Contest seemed to start out a little slow on the Friday night...but was
fantastic on Saturday. Even managed to get a bit of a run going on 10 meter
CW with my lousy CW skills (hi).
A nice way to end up 2001! And wish everyone lot's of "q's" for the coming
2002 contests!
