[3830] Small Correction

In my post about section abbreviations yesterday, I mistakenly typed NY
instead of NT for one of the approved abbreviations for the Northwest
Territory Section.  This also slipped by three separate proof readers of the
email. 

We have all had the QSO busted for a busted abbreviation in the exchange.
